Terms of Service

1. Operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sanic Boom desktop application and the SanicBoom.com website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Outer Gods, based in Bern, Switzerland.

2. Account

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. Authentication is handled via magic link email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, single-user, non-transferable license to use the Sanic Boom desktop application. This license is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to any other person or entity.

4. Payment

Sanic Boom is available as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card information.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with Sanic Boom for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Contact support@outergods.com to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity
• Attempt to circumvent license verification or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked. Sections regarding limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outer Gods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
