1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:

• Email address — used for account authentication via magic link
• Stripe customer ID — used to manage your purchase and billing

That's it. We do not collect names, addresses, or any other personal information.

2. License Verification

The Sanic Boom desktop application periodically contacts our server to validate your active session. This request sends only your session token — no usage data, no analytics, no telemetry. This is solely to verify that your license is valid.

3. What We Don't Do

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No telemetry beyond license verification
• No cookies for tracking purposes
• No data sold or shared with third parties
• No advertising

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your payment card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

5. Data Retention

Your account data (email address and Stripe customer ID) is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR and Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict processing of your data

7. Data Security
